We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery time may vary based on location and courier services. TBR is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
